internships in spain & latin america
barcelona / spanish course / accommodation / prices

During your stay we can arrange accommodation for you.  This means that we can arrange a room for you in a shared apartment, student residence and/or a host family for a few weeks or for your entire stay.  Accommodation is carefully selected and visited regularly.
Accommodation is booked standard from the Sunday before the commencement of your language course/internship, to the Saturday after the end of your course/ internship.  In most cases, accommodation is located with a maximum of 30 minutes travelling time from the school.  We also try to take into account the address of your internship.

Student residence, shared room or single room
Many students choose to stay in the student residence of the language school. This is a small residence with 12 bedrooms for students that are studying at the language school. It is centrally located in town and only a 5 minute walk to school. You will share a room with 1 other student and share the rest of the facilities, such as the bathrooms, kitchen, washing machine, with the other residents. There is weekly cleaning, a TV lounge and you can connect to internet using free WIFI. Bed sheets are available but you should bring your own towels.

You can book a single- or shared room. A shared room will be shared with another student of the school.

Shared apartment, single room
The basic, but fully equipped apartments in Barcelona are shared with an average of 2 to 4 Spanish people and/or language school students. You will be provided your own room which will include all of the standard necessities: single or double bed, wardrobe, table and chair, etc. The living room, kitchen and bathroom will all be shared by the housemates. This is a great option for those looking for the opportunity to live with a variety of people sharing very different cultures. All apartments are within a 30 minutes maximum travel distance of the school, walking or by public transport. Bed sheets are available, but you should bring your own towels.

You can book a single- or a double room. Please mind that double room can only be reserved for 2 students who travel together. If you want to come together with a friend, and you want to stay in a single room in the same apartment, in most cases that’s no problem either. Please leave a note with your request on the enrolment form.

Alternative accommodation types
We can also book accommodation with a Spanish host family (including on a full or half board basis). We can also provide you with advice if you want to book a hotel, apartment or hostel yourself.  Prices of these accommodations will depend on standard of accommodation you desire and the period of time you wish to stay there.

Airport Transfer
In the case of where you have booked your own accommodation, there is still the option of us arranging a transfer from the airport for you.  You will be picked up by a driver who will take you and your luggage to the school or your accommodation as required.
