Accommodation is booked standard from the Sunday before the commencement of your language course/internship, to the Saturday after the end of your course/ internship. In most cases, accommodation is located with a maximum of 30 minutes travelling time from the school. We also try to take into account the address of your internship.
Student Residence, dorm
In Buenos Aires you can stay in a student residence. Together with other trainees, volunteers, language students and Argentines, you will share facilities such as a kitchen, living room and bathroom. Within the residence you will stay in a dorm with 3 to 6 other people. Staying in a residence is a perfect way to meet new friends whilst giving you plenty of freedom. Bed sheets are available but you should bring your own towels. Most residences are within a 30 minute travelling distance of the language school. For an extra charge you can also stay in a single or double room. You can also have breakfast for a surcharge. Please inform us if you require any of these possibilities.
Shared apartment, single or double room
When staying in an apartment, you will have a bit more privacy. Apartments in Buenos Aires are basic but fully equipped and are usually shared with 4 to 6 other international students, sometimes in combination with some Argentines. Students will always have their own bedroom that will include all of the standard necessities such as a single or double bed, wardrobe, etc. You will share the rest of the facilities including the kitchen, living room and bathroom with the other housemates. You should bring your own towels. You can also book a double room.
Single or double room in a host family, including half board
Host families will offer you their hospitality, a cosy place to stay and the opportunity for a true cultural exchange during your stay in Buenos Aires. Families are carefully selected and have often worked together with the school for many years. Most families live within a 20-30 minute travelling distance from the school. Having their own room and keys, students will enjoy this home-style experience yet still have the comforts of independence. You share the common areas as a member of the family. But it must be understood that each student must adhere to the rules and customs of their Argentine family. Breakfast and dinner is included (except on Sundays). Bed sheets and towels are also available.
You can also choose to only have breakfast included. We can also book a room with some families where you will have an ensuite room (for a surcharge). Please inform at us if you require any of these possibilities.
In the case of where you have booked your own accommodation, there is still the option of us arranging a transfer from the airport for you. You will be picked up by a driver who will take you and your luggage to the school or your accommodation as required.
